At Nova Curation, every piece is chosen with intention. From our preloved bundles to individually sourced finds, each item is thoughtfully selected and styled specifically for you — making every order a one-of-a-kind experience. Because of the personalized and curated nature of what we do, all sales are final.

This only includes outright buying of items, not the rental subscription. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on outright buying. 

If you subscribe to the rental service, all items are expected to be returned with the reusable shipping bag. This is included in your subscription price. For more information please check our FAQ page and terms of service. 

Please keep in mind:

Many of our items carry the character of a previous life — gentle signs of wear are part of their story. We inspect every piece carefully and note any notable imperfections before it reaches you.
